 The KM will handle all the day to day operations of the kitchen, including, but not limited to, inventory, staffing, scheduling, maintaining company standards and executing the menu during operating hours.  The KM will also be responsible for opening/closing duties of the entire store and will work closely with the GM to achieve low operating costs and high profits.  We maintain a very high standard and attention to detail is a must.

 

Minimum Requirements:
3 years of proven, quality work history as a Kitchen Manager/Supervisor in a high volume, casual dining establishment
Experience with managing a staff of up to 30 people
Can provide 3 work references from within the last 7 years
Have had no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
ServSafe certified
Basic knowledge of P&L sheets
