Here you can find answers to some of the more commonly asked questions about Mellow Mushroom's eClub.
What special offers do I get for joining? All members automatically receive the following triggered special offers: Welcome, Birthday, Family Birthday, and Anniversary of joining the program. From time to time we will send other special offers such as Gear discounts, info about Limited Time Offers and other free or discounted perks for being part of our eClub.
I joined but have not received any notification or special offer yet. Please allow 48 hours for our system to send you your Welcome email offer. Check your junk or spam email folders as well in case your email program filed your welcome message there. If you still cannot find it or need it resent, please contact our eClub Support folks at firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure delivery, add MellowMushroom@MellowMushroom.fbmta.com to your address book.
I joined but my local restaurant isn't open yet. Please allow 48 hours for our system to send you your Coming Soon email. When your local restaurant opens, we will send you an additional Welcome email offer.
How do I update my eClub information? The easiest way to update your eClub profile is to click on any Mellow eClub email you have received, where it says “Update Profile." That link will take you to a page where you can change your information. If you cannot find a previously sent email from the program, please contact email@example.com to update your profile information.
How do I unsubscribe from the eClub? We're sorry to see you go, but remember you can join again at any time. You can take your name out of our eClub at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on any Mellow eClub email you have received, and you will be removed from our list immediately. If you cannot find a previously sent email from the program, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to unsubscribe.
