Mellow Mushroom Murrells Inlet - The Story

The exterior of this modern wooden building is painted a bright ocean blue, introducing the coastal vibe. A blue-tinted fishtank greets guests at the entrance and organic patterns flow throughout the space. Vintage Murrels Inlet surfing posters cover the walls. A long blue and white VW bus opens up to make one large booth or two smaller booth seating areas. The large stacked stone wrap-around bar offers ample seating options, and the bar’s garage doors open up to a large outdoor patio and open-air party room. A second covered patio in front offers even more ocean air seating. A huge statue of a transformer behind the restaurant creates the perfect photo opp.

About Mellow Mushroom Murrells Inlet

Located near the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, the restaurant has been a favorite since 2018. Our guests come in regularly for the very best pizza, cold beer, craft cocktails, a fun atmosphere, and a great time! We are proud to support local schools, sports teams, and community events.
