We had a waitress in training with an experienced one. They were both exceptional, courteous, and kind. The calzone was huge, hot, fresh and delicious! I loved that they give you a healthier option of olive oil and garlic as opposed to alfredo sauce as a substitute for marinara. I praised their calzone so highly that my daughter ran right out to buy one for her and her husband.
I've grew up on mellow mushroom and this location is all of a sudden missing flavor. The crust doesn't have the same taste as it use too and there's barely any sauce on the pizza. The service was great and the atmosphere was great as usual.
We absolutely love Mellow Mushroom and anytime we have an opportunity to visit one we do. This location did not disappoint! We were Seated quickly, the service was exceptional, Nicole was a wonderful waitress and the pizza was absolutely delicious! I got the Merry Prankster Pizza and it was AMAZINGLY GOOD! Next time we are back in the area, we will definitely return. I’ve been to this location a few times now, and felt it was finally time for a review!
UPDATE: Matt, the store manager reached out and expressed his concern over the experience I had below. He totally made everything right, and went above and beyond to make sure that this situation would not happen again. I am truly very satisfied for him taking the time to truly care. I look forward to coming back to this location soon and to the next 20 years! Not so great. I had ordered two (2) pizzas here totaling $60 bucks to be ready by 7:15pm. I called the restaurant and verified this after the online order. When I arrived at 7:15 “customer friendly” Lilly informed me that they were still cooking. I mentioned that I had a strict deadline and “customer friendly” Lilly said that she could take them out of the oven immediately but they would not be finished cooking. Seriously? I just stood there. No apology, just sarcasm. I have been coming to this location for 20 years and to be rewarded with a rude and inept employee is not acceptable. Thanks Lilly for ruining the the 20 year run of great employees there.
This restaurant is a favorite of ours. I ordered a meal to be delivered but the delivery service cancelled my order after picking up the food. When i called the restaurant to see what happened, they confirmed that the food was picked up, but could no longer track it. I called the delivery service and got that info, then Matt called me to follow up and offered to make my order all over again at no additional charge. It was no fault of the restaurant that the food went missing but he went out of his way to replace it and make the situation right. And the food was delicious as always!
