Mellow Mushroom Brier Creek - The Story

The design of Mellow Mushroom Brier Creek was inspired by nature. The exterior of the restaurant is wrapped in purple and white mural by artist Taylor White and depicts the Big Bang Theory. The mural extends through the entrance into the restaurant. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main dining room let in natural light. Vibrant blue tile in the bar and blue lights in the booths adds a glittering pop of color to the restaurant.

This was my first time trying Mellow Mushroom. I did curbside take out. The wings were very good. I like that they let you split the flavors. The salad was very good and fresh. Very filling. Loved it. I want to try the pizza next.

Spin dip was delish and they have great draft beer options. I think I had the secret salad which had fruit in it. Yummy! I really loved the toasted bread it comes with. The tortilla chips were slightly stale but the toasted bread was amazing. I will return and try other options.

Such a cute eatery! I'm visiting NC from the UK and went here the first day I flew in, 0 regrets. I will definitely be eating here again. Me and my friend are both vegetarians and although there aren't many vegetarian options on the menu, we were super impressed with the mouthwatering pizzas we ordered.

Loved their Bruschetta and Cheese Bread. They have multiple Vegetarian options so I was a big fan. The waiter was so helpful in recommending dishes and drinks. Veg Out and Kosmic Karma was the absolute best pizza I have ever had. Definitely did not feel like a chain and is a must visit for anyone in the Raleigh area.

I love them! My second favorite pizzas! I like the pizza dough, is perfect ✨ we ordered Holly shiitake pie and House special with tea unsweet and Raleigh beer ($45) everything was delicious. I love the idea about this place, the brand. (Sometimes is annoying the insistence of the waitresses when ordering because the English is not my native language also is my first time in the restaurants of here and they want to you know what dish you’ll order in 2 minutes but I think is the same in whole USA)
